Okay, I have never actually played a GTA game, but me and Aidan went on a ROBLOX game, flipped over cars and tried to rob people, but failed because there weren't people.
In a city close to the state of Minnesota (which is populated by idiots) named Parolpley where the police force is more useless than the Admins of ROBLOX, thugs casually cause havoc in the city by slaughtering people who run into the path of a car on purpose anyway, vandalizing buildings, robbing houses and stores, jaywalk and go to strip clubs to have a good time. Ironically, people are always alive.
Of course, just like the other thugs, you're also causing problems in the city. Not that that matters since for some reasons, the population keep growing despise the crime rate. Parolpley City is gr3@t.

No godmodding. If you are going to kill other people's characters, do it with permission. I really don't see why anyone would kill others in roleplay, to be honest. There's no point to it, since we're all wrecking havoc on the city.
No OOC fights. I don't want arguments over disagreement over the events in the roleplay.
Be realistic. Can you wield guns? Of course! Can you use knives? Of course! Can you use magic to burn your enemies to crisp? No, you can't. And this just doesn't goes for actions in-RP. When it comes to your characters' appearances, history, and
Specify when you're talking in-character, and out-of-character. Put OOC stuff in (this beautiful shit known as Parenthesis)
3rd Person Present tense only, unless your character is rambling about the past, and there's a flashback or some shit going on.
If you don't get accepted for this RP, don't cry like a piss baby and harass this thread like Turt did.

Her outfit is an impractical black top with the word 'REBEL' printed on it. She wears a red jacket with exposed shoulders, but long sleeves, and white fingerless gloves on both of her hands. She wears white jeans, and red boots. Her midriff is exposed.

Creative, Xianghua comes up with variety of ways to 'prank' innocent civilians living their lives normally on the streets. Always out for thrill, Xianghua is someone who can't be pinned down by morality.
Brief History:
Having lived with strict parents in China for years, and then freshly moving to Parolpley City when she was 15, Xianghua's personality was heavily influenced by both her parents' teachings and the friends she made in the city. Having grown tired of her parents' controlling personality, Xianghua made friends with delinquents in her school. At night, she usually sneak out with them to have fun by vandalizing buildings and shoplifting. She was eventually caught by her parents, who became even more forceful and controlling of her life.
Her personality became even more rogue-ish when she grew up. She didn't do exactly well in school, so she missed her chance for college, much to her parents' frustration and anger. Finally done putting up with them, she killed them, and now lives only for twisted enjoyment in her life.
