Sol Badguy - a bounty hunter with a mysterious past. He's heavily connected with the Gears. Had a rivalry with Ky back then, until now. Does everything half-heartedly.
Ky Kiske - the king of Illyria, originally just a naive, idealistic knight. Was not fond of Sol at all in the past. Wife of the half-gear, Dizzy. Is Sin's father. A kind, friendly man, especially compared to Sol.
Sin Kiske - a human-gear hybrid, raised by Sol, because Ky was too busy having been roped into being the king. He's not smart at all, because Sol never tried giving him a proper education.
I-No - a mysterious 'human', suspected to be a witch, judging from her animated hat. Fights using a guitar. Her eye colors change 'depending on the angle', though most of the time, they appear as green. Works under That Man, hates Gears a lot, really doesn't like Sol.
