I have recently turned fourteen as of April.
Why you think you should be admin:
I have been wanting to be admin for sometime and I completely agree to follow and enforce the rules as well as pitch new rule ideas and find new ways around PPR's problems. As soon as I am able to get a more powerful computer, I promise to get on PPR as frequently as possible as well as make attempts now to get on as much as I am able.
Somebody is acting rude to other players, interrupting roleplays, and insulting you. What do you do?:
If I caught an individual being unnecessarily rude and disruptive to the other players of PPR, I would send then on their way with a warning (Only two warnings would be given) and what I were to do if I caught then repeating these actions. Now, if they were to insult me, I would be offended but I'd make sure not to let it get in the way of my judgement on said person and I would most likely not give them a warning for it at first (I can deal with such things as they don't really bother me).
Do you promise to enforce and follow all rules of Pokemon Paper Roleplay?:
As previously stated, I agree to put the rules and PPR first as well as try to improve both systems or pitch new ideas.

I say it's good. But- the format is a bit off, however- it still means basically the same thing... I mean we can't count Pokasi off for something as small as that- I think Pokasi would make a decent admin.

My only nitpick (which has nothing to do with your potential as an admin) is the breaks between the lines in this app which kinda irks me. I'll be neutral for now and edit this when I make my judgement.
Edit: I like the app, and I like its content. The only thing is that I don't know what you're like much, so I'll still be neutral for now.
