10 Thesis These aren't meant to offend anyone, just me pointing out somethings

- Pokemon Paper Roleplay's lack of ability to address it's failures and correct them with ease.
- Constant rule breakers not being found or caught because of inactive admins.
- Inactive Admins being allowed to stay admin, when they aren't doing anything productive.
- The punishment system is faulty and has loopholes as does the rules.
- Paper Pokemon Roleplay has done nothing to trim the constant stem of ERPers which plague the community, there is a rule but this rule doesn't work if the admins are mostly inactive to enforce it.
- Regular non admins not having a say within Ban Request of all things, for example: Say a man gets recommended for ban, well the community should decide on his sentencing, while the admins count the votes and decide the verdict.
- Having way to many rule breakers and few to little admins.
- The community isn't United in anyway, this can lead to a miscommunication between admins and players.
- The lack of a decent response team.
- While admins sit on the forums, and do nothing an ERPer is out striking.
10 Reforms These are mean't to fix a ton of things.

- Setting up a new system of Moderators, that should be able to join a game and have access to Temp Admin commands, like fling or kick, thus enabling them to fight the Rule breakers most effectively.
- If an admin should be inactive for 3 weeks, he/she should receive a warning and effectively given an ultimatum in which if he/she is seen inactive without good reason again for 3 weeks, he/she will have the admin removed from them and demoted to Senior Member.
- Setting up a justice system in which the players vote on who gets banned or who does not, the admins get the final say.
- The right of assembly, in which a Forum Thread is created called the PPR Assembly, where meetings shall be held discussing PPR's problems and threats, normal players should have access to it as a means of full co-operation, anyone who misses held meetings will not be punished, but it will be frowned upon.
- An updated punishment system, where the admins can agree on what's right, like Cussing, or ERP out of server, and make a central code to follow.
- Having a firm set of rules, that cannot be loopholed.
- Admins should have better ties with the community, and down with inactiveness, as its extremely unproductive and a plain nuisance to the community.
- The community should have 3 main admins, or head admins that have rule over the rest of the admins, these admins will report to Pika and deliver request etc.
- Giving the community power to make events, thus making PPR a decent and fun place.
