I'm currently at the Cave of Origin and I'm struggling to catch Kyogre.
Any Hints/Tips?

You can get both the Mach Bike and the Acro Bike at the same time with no cheats or glitches.
JUST CAUGHT A SHINY RAIKOU AFTER 52 SOFT RESETS!
