Why you think you should be admin:
I have prior experience of being an admin on this game, and think of myself of being mature enough to do so once again. I also get along with alot of people on this game, and am quite liked by the community (At least of those I know of). I also think I should be admin as I am active on the game. I also think I should be an admin as when admins aren't on, I start seeing a lot of godmodding, and the sort happen.
Somebody is acting rude to other players, interrupting role plays, and insulting you. What do you do?
(I'm going to say what I'd do if those were multiple situations, then if they were the same situation)
If they were acting rude to other players, I would ask them why they were being rude to them, and if it could be solved in a peaceful matter, if they refuse, or if they don't have a real reason and are just being rude "for the lols", I'd give them a warning. If they continued on, I'd give them another warning and make it clear that they shouldn't be rude to others. If they continued after this, I would kick, then if they are still doing it, I would give them the final warning, and ban them.
If someone was interrupting role plays, I would teleport them away, and give them a warning for interrupting others role plays, and tell them that if they wanted to join the role play, to ask and not jump in. If they ignored my suggestion and continued, I would give them another warning and continue to do so if they continue, leading up to kick or ban if they do it 3 or more times after the first warning. If they do ask and they are denied from the RP, I will ask the owner of that role play if that person could join myself, if they still deny, I will try finding a role play for that person.
If someone was insulting me, I would ask them why they're mad at me, then I'd apologize. If its either for no reason, or they continue after I apologize and try to get along with them, I would give them a warning. If they continue to insult me after the 1st warning and my apology for whatever I may have done or if it was for no reason, they will get a warning, and this will continue if they continue doing it, leading up to a kick or ban after the 3rd warning.
If somebody or a group of people were being rude, interrupting role plays, and insulting me, I would give them 2 warnings, 1 for being rude and another for interrupting, and tell them to stop interrupting role plays and being rude. I would ask them why they're insulting me myself.
For all of the warnings given, I will do my best to explain to that person(s) why they got that warning.
Do you promise to enforce and follow all rules of Pokemon Paper Role play?
Yes, I promise to enforce and follow the rules of Pokemon Paper Role play, if I break a rule, I will either give myself a warning, or ask to be removed from admin, depending upon the punishment of breaking the rule I broke. I also promise to tell to truth if I am asked if I abused my admin, or if I broke any of the rules. If I am caught lying via multiple witnesses, proof, or the sort, I demand that I would be unadmined ASAP and/or given the proper warnings. That is all, thank you.
