Votekick can still be abused. It also doesn't make the other group happy, and really just makes punishment easier. It doesn't change much, it is just another thing the players can exploit.

It's a good idea, but it has it's cons.

This idea makes it harder for both groups. Since the admins have to watch for ERping, Swearing, and Vote-Kick abuse. If you do this idea you might as well just get rid of vote-kick completely and just keep admins.

Fun fact: NOBODY USES VOTEKICK. It practically doesn't exist in the minds of players. Besides, what's the point of this argument, the spontaneous removal of admins and ignorance of many, many issues in the admin system that were holding it back, pretty much prove pika isn't actively running the game, just giving whoever is shouting the loudest what they want so they'll shut up for a few minutes and she can get some peace.
