This is an idea i have about a way to appeal to both parties in the "No swearing rule" Debate.
My idea is to have two channels in pokemon paper roleplay's chat window. Admins on channel 1 would enforce the no swearing rule, And admins on channel 2 wouldn't. So If you didn't want to see swearing, You would pick channel 1, And if you wanted swearing to be allowed, You would pick channel 2. Channel 1 users wouldn't be able to see the chat from channel 2, and vice versa.
Another channel would be called "1 & 2". In it, The swearing rule applies, And you would be able to chat to both channels. and receive from both, as well. This can be used to request assistance from an administrator in the other channel.
I'm trying to give both sides a "Win win" Here, The ones against the no swearing rule would have their way. And the ones for it would have theirs.
Please don't give me any flak for this, I don't mean to provoke anyone by writing this post. If you don't agree with this, Please be civil. Don't reply with vitriol peppered with "THIS IS A KIDS GAME".
