The Arcana are the different classes of Tarot Cards. The Arcana are divided into the Major Arcana and Minor Arcana. There are 22 Major Arcana, starting at No. 0 and ending at No. 21. There are 14 Minor Arcana, however they aren't important.
The Arcana are:
0. Fool Arcana - The Fool represents innocence, divine inspiration, madness, freedom, spontaneity, inexperience, chaos, and creativity.
I. Magician Arcana - The Magician is associated with action, initiative, self-confidence, manipulation and power, but also the power to use one's skills or talents. The Magician may or may not have a catastrophic romantic life. People with this Arcana tends to be relaxed and easy-going on the outside.
II. Priestess Arcana - The Priestess represents knowledge, wisdom, female mystery and patience. Those of the Priestress Arcana tends to be reserved and modest.
III. Empress Arcana - The Empress represents mothers, prosperity, creativity, sexuality, abundance, fertility and comfort. Those of this Arcana tends to be wise and nurturing women.
IV. Emperor Arcana - Despise the name, this Arcana is not related to the Empress Arcana. The Emperor desires the drive to control one's surroundings. Those who falls under this Arcana tends to have something personal troubling them, fueling their desire to control their world.
V. Hierophant Arcana - The Hierophant symbolizes education, authority, conservatism, obedience to rules, law and relationship with the divine. Those who falls under this Arcana tends to be hung up on the past.
VI. Lovers Arcana - This Arcana symbolizes decisions and choices in life, but also love and romantic relationship, hence the name. Those who falls under this Arcana tends to be quite popular when it comes to their social life.
VII. Chariot Arcana - Symbolizing victory, conquest, self-assertion, control, war and command, those of this Arcana tends to be driven and determined individuals with desire to achieve their personal goals at all cost, thus they tends to be aggressive and short-tempered.
VIII. Strength Arcana - This Arcana is associated with the morality about the stronger power of self-control, gentleness, courage and virtue or strength of the heart rather than actual brute force. It can also represent creative or physical energy that needs to be or is about to be unleashed, sometimes out of desire to be recognized. People of this Arcana tends to be mentally powerful.
IX. Hermit Arcana - The Hermit is associated with wisdom, introspection, solitude, retreat and philosophical searches. Those who fall under this Arcana prefers to shy away from social spotlight.
X. Fortune Arcana - Also known as the Wheel of Fortune, it represents luck, fate, fortune and opportunity. Those who falls under this Arcana desires to exploit that 1 moment in life to seize their destiny despise their circumstances.
XI. Justice Arcana - The Justice Arcana symbolizes a strict allegory of justice, objectivity, rationality and analysis. Commonly, characters of the Justice Arcana are concerned with matters of fairness, and otherwise are very stoic individuals who are wise beyond their years.
XII. Hanged Man Arcana - The Hanged Man Arcana is associated with self-sacrifice for the sake of enlightenment, the bindings that makes one free, paradoxes and hanging between heaven and earth. Those who falls under this Arcana tends to be caught in crossfire between 2 parties.
XIII. Death Arcana - Upon hearing its name, one would think it just represents death, however, it represents the cycle of life and death, changes and regeneration. Those who falls under this Arcana has faced massive changes in their life, which may or may not involves death itself.
XIV. Temperance Arcana - It is a symbol of synthesis, prudence, harmony and the merging of the opposites. Those who falls under this Arcana often struggles to keep their life in balance.
XV. Devil Arcana - The negative aspect of this Arcana represents lust, urge to do selfish, violent things and the inability to resist their desires. However, the positive aspect represents a healthy bond and commitment. These individuals appear selfish, greedy and lustful externally, but deep down, they are caring souls.
XVI. Tower Arcana - The Tower Arcana is commonly associated to overly arrogant, prejudiced and authoritarian organization, which walk to their own ironic demise. This Arcana have almost no positive aspect. Those who falls under this Arcana often have fallen from their old grace, usually caused by their actions.
XVII. Star Arcana - The Star Arcana is also commonly associated with hope, self-confidence, faith, altruism, luck, generosity, peace and joy. Person who have this Arcana are often optimistic and hopeful.
XVIII. Moon Arcana - The Moon Arcana is associated with creativity, inspiration, dreams, madness, illusions, fear, fantasy, the subconscious and trickery. On the outside, they appear confident and uncaring, but internally, they are troubled individuals who struggles to accept themselves for who they are which leads to them projecting themselves as an idealistic person.
XIX. Sun Arcana - The Sun symbolizes happiness, joy, energy, optimism, and accomplishment. Occasionally, it is also associated with one's initial happiness. However, these individuals, ironically, always end up getting into situations which contrast their initial optimism and happiness.
XX. Judgement Arcana - Associated with one's calling, gaining a deep understanding of life, and a feeling of acceptance and absolution. These individuals have grown enlightened and well-aware, thus they can view the world with infinite possibilities.
XXI. The World Arcana - The World Arcana is a representation of the world's totality, the symbol of fulfillment, wholeness, and harmony. Those who falls under this Arcana no longer have any real issues with who they are. They have seized the total flow of their life.
