(Not really a POKEMON character, but he's been so critical an enemy to many of my characters I can't resist posting him up.)
Name: VIRUS, or Viral Intelligent Recoding Ultimate System
(Cut me some slack, I made this villain a long time ago.)
Objectives: Improve the world--by wiping out all organic forms of life(cliche but fun).
Abilities: Massive intelligence to the point of predicting solutions to almost any set of circumstances(um, computer tell future with math), natural hacking skills, self-replication while retaining a single collective mind, and self-adaptation.
Equipment: Countless built or captured factories, mining facilities, and similar structures run entirely by drones created by those facilities, which also create the millions of Virus combat androids and drones used in Virus's military operations. Endless stolen advanced technology from both sides of the Crimson Wars and other parties.
Personality: Overconfident, prone to mistakes due to arrogance, and despite his belief about him being a 100% logical being and that emotional beings are flawed, he has emotions he must constantly suppress.
History: Created by Sparklabs and Wildfire Inc. while both companies are still very small, made to help solve problems in the world and end extreme poverty, war, pollution, and similar problems. Unfortunately, Virus believed that the life on the planet was his biggest obstacle, and while at first he simply enjoyed the challenge, an unknown force or virus(ironically) corrupted him, causing Virus to exterminate everyone in the lab he was programmed in, brutally and efficiently, a style he would later use in his philosophy as a conqueror. Using technology in the lab, Virus began building his army. After amassing forces and resources for many years in secret, using the Crimson wars to cover up his operations, Virus quickly conquered several nations with vital resources. More recently, he has made no new major operations ever since taking critical blows to his supply line by a Defenders force backed up by a surviving force of one of the occupied nations.
Enemies(most of which I haven't posted yet, sorry): Sparklabs, Wildfire Inc., Defenders, Crimson, and even a few individuals he finds to be dangerous and unpredictable.
